La'Tasha Banks

Director

As a Cultural Manager, La’Tasha Banks has facilitated solutions-oriented initiatives for municipalities, non-profit organizations, educational organizations, and community stakeholders. With a focus on developing and implementing inclusive cultural programming, Latasha Banks has held leadership positions within educational, non-profit, and governmental organizations. Past positions include Bowie State University’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts, The National Endowment for the Humanities, Arts and Cultural Heritage Division (M-NCPPC), Prince George’s African American Museum and Cultural Center, DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative, the National Museum of American History, the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts and several art galleries in the Washington Metropolitan Area. La’Tasha holds a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Howard University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Language, Literature, and Culture at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
